Creative Account Manager

Job Summary:

Neff is an award-winning creative and marketing agency headquartered in Philadelphia. Our team culture is highly collaborative, and we take pride in working efficiently and nimbly to deliver maximum results for our clients. We are expanding our team and looking to hire an experienced (3-5 years) creative account manager to oversee important client relationships and function as the liaison between our clients and the creative team. • Primary liaison between 4-6 key clients and Neff creative team
• Oversee and nurture key client-agency relationships
• Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts
• Oversee client account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit; coordinating with both the agency President and Controller
• Identify new business opportunities among existing clients and present them to management
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives
• Clearly determine clients’ needs—what they’re looking to achieve short-term and long-term
• Ensure the agency delivers on all expectations
• Work with management team to prepare proposals, presentations and pitches, as well as responding to RFPs and RFIs
• Handle client communications and write client reports, status updates, recaps, etc.
• Communicate agendas to client and agency
• Monitor budgets, spending and revenue, and explaining cost factors to clients
• Help to define specific scopes of work for client/agency initiatives and ensure they are met

• Extremely organized and comfortable formulating a plan and creating schedules
• Proactive self-starter who understands business in general, specifically creative agencies
• Keen observer of society and trends, specifically among clients’ target audience
• Possess financial management skills
• Attention to detail is extremely important
• Strong but non-aggressive leadership style
• Knows when to push and when to let things simmer

• Degree in communications or business administration with previous creative agency experience
• Proven work experience (3-5 years) as an Account Manager or relevant role in a creative agency
• Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
• Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Hubspot or Salesforce), the Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office
• Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
• Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
