We’re looking for a metric-driven, high achieving owner to drive growth and generate demand for CampusESP’s solutions. We’re looking for someone as skilled in managing strategies as they are executing in the weeds. As CampusESP’s Marketing & Demand Generation Manager, you will be essential in generating a lead pipeline for new, add-on and partner opportunities.
This role is for someone who is as much player as they are coach.
Measures of Success: leads generated, conversion rates, marketing generated opportunities, execution of successful digital and event driven marketing programs
Your Daily Adventures Will Include:
Campaign & Marketing Management:
-Lead broad awareness campaigns with the end goal of filling “the top of the funnel.”
-Develop a lead nurturing process to turn prospects into satisfied customers and upsell or cross-sell existing customers on new products and services.
-Oversee paid and organic digital efforts across all channels (ie; PPC, Paid social advertising, retargeting, SEO, ABM) to increase brand awareness and generate enterprise MQLs.
-Organize event programs focusing on lead-generation, including participation in online conferences.
-Establish a calendar of campaign messaging and key promotional strategies.
-Collaborate with the content and design resources on the creation of advertising assets and landing pages to execute digital marketing programs.
-Adopt an experimental mindset to implement testing and optimization strategies to increase conversion across all digital channels.
-Implement best-in-class email marketing programs and strategy.
-Create digital launch plans to accompany ongoing programs.
Demand Gen Strategy:
-Develop demand gen strategy roadmaps and collaborate with other members of the CampusESP team to ensure successful execution.
-Fill the lead pipeline by managing the full lifecycle of demand generation programs that deliver qualified leads to the Sales Team.
-Build demand programs from scratch while measuring the effectiveness of demand generation efforts at each level of the lead funnel.
-Measure and analyze campaign and marketing success and deliver performance reports to leadership.
-Run an ABM campaign to improve win rates.
-Manage relationships with 3rd party vendors.
5-7 years experience within demand and lead generation marketing.
A proven track record of designing and executing marketing campaigns that generate high growth in a B2B company.
Exceptional understanding of content and conversion strategies.
Proficient in marketing automation, account-based marketing, data and analytics.
Experienced in CRM tools. We use Streak CRM but may be changing in the future.
Email copy writing and editing skills, and experience collaborating with graphic designers and content writers.
Experience organizing and hosting webinars and managing participation in online events is a bonus.
Experience in Higher Education or Education Technology is highly desired, however a passion for education and student success is also acceptable.
