Everyone has their own issues about in-home Wi-Fi, poor connectivity, too many family members and devices on the network. We all complain when it doesn’t work. At Signature we took this idea of whining about Wi-Fi for our client ARRIS and their line of SURFboard Mesh Wi-Fi Home Networking. The sitcom-like spot features a family who are all competing for their piece of Wi-Fi and a friendly neighbor who helps solve their problem. It has garnered 3.9 Million YouTube views to date. Just goes to show a little humor can go a long way even in a tech market. In addition to the spot, we did the overall brand development for mAX including product and explainer videos, packaging, as well as point-of-sale.
