Parking:

Parking at Independence Blue Cross is limited, and available for self-parking first come, first served.

Additional self-parking and valet options are available within a two-block radius. Note that there has been intermittent construction in the area, so please consider this when planning your trip.

If you are not planning to drive, please visit the SEPTA website for Philadelphia transportation. The closest Broad Street Line stop is City Hall, and the closest Market-Frankford stop is 15th Street.

Dress Code:

The dress code for the summit is Business Casual. We recommend comfortable, layered clothing as conference room temperatures may vary.

Advisory:

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) now recommends that individuals wear a mask indoors in public areas when community levels are high.

Guests are not required to wear a mask while attending this event, however we encourage any guest who is exposed to, or begins to exhibit symptoms of, COVID-19 or other illness to please stay home . We will monitor updates on community transmission rates for each location and update these guidelines as necessary.

Guests may follow masking and physical distancing protocols if they so choose, and all guests are expected to be supportive of others’ choices.

Philly Ad Club will have a list of the sessions every attendee signed up for at the registration desk on the 13th Floor. Please ask a volunteer to look up your name and information.

11:30am – Registration and Check-in:

Our registration desk opens at 11:15am.

Check in: Lobby of Innovation Center, go to Security desk and they will direct you to the check-in desk

Lunch:

A boxed lunch will be served from 11:30am to 12:30pm, Courtesy of Causal

Opening Keynote: Christopher Wink:

The first session begin promptly at 12:30pm.

Please plan to be in your seats by 12:25pm.

Breakout Session A1&2:

There will be two simultaneous breakout sessions from 1:30pm-2:20pm.

Please plan to be in your seats by 1:25pm

Coffee Break:

A coffee break and snacks will be served from 2:30pm-2:45pm, courtesy of Viant

Grab refreshments and network with your fellow attendees.

Breakout Session B1&2:

There will be two simultaneous breakout sessions from 2:45pm-3:35pm.

Please plan to be in your seats by 2:45pm
