DuffinMedia, a Philadelphia Company specializing in Voiceover, Voiceacting, Corporate Narration, Training Video VO, Podcast Creation and Implementation, Business Voice Coaching Platforms, and Media Consulting… are seeking a highly motivated, systems savvy administrative intern.  
You’ll work directly with an industry leader and innovator, with close to 30 years of relevant expertise. 
The ideal candidate will have expertise in the following systems, including but not limited to:
  • Microsoft Office
  • CRM and Database Management 
  • Kajabi
  • Adobe Suite
  • Anchor Podcast Platform 
  • Canva 
  • Photoshop
  • Zoom, Streamyard and other Recording Platforms.
  • Accounting Software 
The most important traits needed are a great attitude, desire to learn and take charge, the ability to work independently, and results (deadline) driven. Deadlines are a big (and often non-negotiable) part of the Voiceover business. 
Salary is $15 per hour. Weekly minimum is expected to be 5 hours per week (not confirmed and subject to change.)
