We are a fast-paced advertising agency looking for a superstar Account Supervisor who is passionate, motivated, a problem solver, and organized with an ironclad attention to detail. While you must have a deep understanding in driving brand strategy and integrated advertising campaigns from inception and execution, this role also requires a strong understanding of digital projects and programs and ability to supervise junior team members.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Successful track record in creating and building valuable client relationships
  • In-depth knowledge of, and ability to be conversant in, each clients’ business – their key issues, goals, competitive situation, and industry trends
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts across creative, marketing/strategy, digital, media, and production initiatives/campaigns, acting as the primary liaison between the client and the agency, and ultimately serving as the keeper of “client knowledge”
  • Ability to educate potential clients about the our methodology and process; create case studies of successful projects upon completion
  • Identify insights and develop clear, concise briefs, plans of action and schedules that will help creative teams understand the direction communications/creative must take
  • Manage entire process, including generating scope documents, discovery documents, strategic assessments, competitive reviews, creative briefs, etc.
  • Ability to oversee and guide clients through digital projects and programs, from set up to ongoing management
  • Maintain regular communication and contact with the client; maintain both efficiency and quality throughout the course of a project (while guaranteeing the proper correspondence trails)
  • Coordinate client meetings, presentation deliverables, client approvals and follow-ups
  • Helps manage the clients’ total budget and ongoing financial reconciliations
  • Track projects with frequent status reports and quality reviews, identifying and communicating in advance any potential budget over-runs and quality issues
  • Continuously seek expansion of services within existing clients
  • Is able to generate competitive cost estimates and respond to requests for proposals
  • Works with senior account and finance team members to establish forecasts and ensures that financial goals are met/exceeded
  • Work with production / media vendors to coordinate timing/execution and manage financial aspects of these vendors
  • Assist as required with new business proposals and pitches
  • Is able to work independently and effectively
  • Strong leadership and presentation skills – for both internal and external audience
  • Ability and passion for supervising and guiding junior team member
  • Effectively balance the dual expectations of your multiple clients and the agency

Additional Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years Marketing or Advertising agency experience
  • Experience–preferably within websites, social, email, SEO and paid
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Search Console and Data Studio
  • Hands on experience of CRM and Marketing Automation Software, specifically with HubSpot, Salesforce, Pardot, MailChimp and Marketo
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Deep knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Keynote required; Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) desired
  • Client-serving team player: detail oriented with a collaborative, can do attitude
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience preferred
  • Experience with Deltek WorkBook is a plus

 

(Note: we are currently working remotely, but intend to return to a hybrid work arrangement when feasible)
