Job Description
We are looking for a problem solver responsible for building and maintaining strong partnerships with client and extended teams to join our team as an Account Executive. They be responsible for managing internal agency processes so that projects are completed on time and within budget. They’ll work both independently and as part of a dynamic team that likes to roll their sleeves up and create breakthrough work. The Account Executive is inquisitive and probing when responding to client requests and thoughtful when making agency recommendations. The person in this role keenly manages multiple projects from start to finish with an eye toward ensuring strategy and creative integrity is carried through execution.
Responsibilities
Support day-to-day account management for various clients, ensuring that tactical elements are executed on time and within budget
Lead all aspects of assigned projects, always able to explain the status, timing implications and budget implications at each step
Become a subject matter expert in the client’s business
Builds strong relationships with clients and partners
Work closely with cross-functional teams – Strategy, Creative, Technology, and Media – to coordinate each step of a project from initiation to close
Manage various elements of production across Digital, Social, TV, radio, print and outdoor channels
Develop creative briefs
Build project plans
Coordinate client calls, presentations, briefings and status calls
Manage monthly budget reports, weekly status reports and call reports as needed
Support the Senior Account Supervisors and General Manager to develop and communicate marketing plans for the client

Qualifications
BS / BA Advertising / Communications / Marketing
2-3 years of work experience in account management/project management
Ad agency/Digital experience preferred
Experience working in a fast-paced business environment with regular client contact
Organized—able to handle multiple work streams, schedules, budgets
Detail-oriented—attentive and accurate
Adaptable – focused yet flexible and comfortable with shifting needs and priorities
Effective communicator and listener – able to assess situations/needs and communicate to agency teams and clients with excellent verbal and writing skills
Problem solver – willing and able to address challenges and help agency teams and clients overcome them
A “Can Do!” attitude – willing to roll up your sleeves and work with multiple teams
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Keynote and Word
Experience with project management software preferred

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions:
Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time
This position may require time in office buildings or outdoors
