SUMMARY
The Digital Engagement Marketing Lead will guide the strategy for all digital acquisition campaigns across touch-points and act as an internal consultant/subject matter expert on all digital campaigns.

THE DAY TO DAY
•Lead the digital acquisition strategy for key affinity partners across digital channels. •Develop acquisition plans and campaigns that encompass competitive assessment, testing strategy, creative positioning, integration into partner digital channels, and leverage emerging channels to deliver against account goals.•Partner closely with key Marketing stakeholders to present plans, provide updates on top initiatives and key performance indicators•Identify and lead integration of new technologies and capabilities to improve program performance•Manage external and internal agencies to develop creative, media, and messaging plans
Consult with internal stakeholders and act as digital SME on the following:
•All aspects of paid advertising campaigns •Channel optimization leveraging insights from analytics tools•Strategies and tactics to improve conversion funnel performance and develop initiatives to increase yield•Direct response creative•Testing and learning agenda across product, creative and •Understand affinity partners business models and their customers and proactively make recommendations on improving channel performance •Deliver key insights to partnership team to continue to grow current and new portfolios •Work closely with Customer Marketing team to optimize existing customer experience and identify profit opportunities

MUST HAVES
•Four year college degree•Hands-on experience running paid advertising campaigns (SEM, Display, Affiliates, etc.), channel strategy, and brand management. •Financial services industry preferred•Detail oriented, work well in cross-functional teams, be able to drive strategic agendas, interpret online analytics and make strategic recommendations•Superior communication skills required as this position is affinity partner facing
