Responsible for day-to-day management of assigned account(s). Manages/coordinates Client projects and may take an active role in all disciplines from planning to completion. May serve as the daily contact between the Agency and the Client. Effectively executes strategies, problem-solves and develops solid business relationships. Provides customer service support. Typically reports to Account Director or Management Director.

General Requirements / Qualifications
· Acts as primary liaison/interface with client for management and execution of individual communications programs
· Develops creative brief in concurrence with client objectives, budgets and timeframes
· Develops and maintains strong business relationship with client(s)
· Monitors all budget, research, production, media and creative activity on assigned accounts in accordance with overall account plan and individual creative briefing documents
· Assures that all agreed-to times are met
· Writes presentation decks, evaluates ballpark costs and provides rationale for agency creative for client presentations (in conjunction with AD/MD)
· Maintains communications with appropriate agency and client personnel to ensure positive work flow
· Trouble-shoots difficult problems by going to the appropriate source for solutions
· Monitors competitive activity to the goal of analyzing trends message opportunities/weaknesses and revisions to planned activity
· Maintains timely account status measurements: budgets, schedules, reporting
· Begins to work with AD/MD on strategic planning and brand development
· Begins to establish relationship and credibility with more senior level clients
· May supervise Assistant Account Executive(s)
· Assists on preparation of new business proposals, as needed
· Keeps abreast of trends on assigned accounts
