Greater Media Newspapers Taps Into TapInko for Offline Advertising

Posted: May 7th, 2009

TapInko, the online directory and transaction tool for buyers and sellers of advertising, recently signed on its largest partner to date, Greater Media Newspapers of Freehold, New Jersey. To help facilitate this endeavor, TapInko is providing Greater Media Newspapers with a specific profile for each of its twelve publications and staff-training on the TapInko platform.

TapInko provides media owners with improved, easy, and efficient sales and sales tracking software. While many of these functions exist individually within various desktop software applications, TapInko brings them together in a single robust, advertising-focused, fully functional website.

Previously, the process of completing one advertising sales transaction for one issue could take days or weeks to negotiate and complete. TapInko condenses this process into less than ten minutes while providing value-added tools to help customers track every aspect of the sale. The company offers traditional and alternative print media with the same elements of interactive creativity, efficiency and hands-on control that has long been the major selling point of online advertising. Greater Media is the first large premier newspaper group to utilize TapInko’s unique platform.
