After a competitive review, Insight Pharmaceuticals has selected Neiman as creative partner for its portfolio of over-the-counter (OTC) women's health and personal care brands.
Insight Pharmaceuticals' brands include e.p.t.®, MONISTAT ®, Sucrets ® and Anacin ®, among others.
"Our business model is to add value to the consumer brands we acquire through smart, creative marketing," said Jennifer J. Moyer, Insight's Vice President of Marketing. "Marketing is not an ancillary operation for us - it's the heart of our business. And so we are very choosy about the agencies we partner with to add that value. Neiman's work - both historically, and throughout our rigorous competition - showed us they are the strategic business planners we value, the creative thinkers we cherish and the kind of people we like - people who work hard, take smart risks and try to have a little fun along the way."
"We're thrilled to add these national brands to our roster - but we're even more delighted to be working with the great people at Insight," said Neiman CEO Tim Reeves. "Insight CEO Gary Downing has built an amazing team - a national leader in their category, and an underappreciated gem in the Philadelphia business community. We fashion ourselves similarly. We're proud to be the newest member of Gary's team - and eager to help him and Jen take Insight to even greater heights."
"Insight wanted a creative partner who could help them to create purposeful conversations with each of their brands' consumers," said Neiman President Amy Muntz. "That's the kind of client and assignment that great agencies crave, and it's an honor to have won."
Neiman's RFP effort was led by Neiman Executive Creative Director Rich Wakefield and Client Services VP Mike Raetsch. Reeves and Muntz recruited Wakefield and Raetsch to the Neiman leadership team last year, along with the agency's newly promoted VP of Innovation, George Ward. Ward runs Neiman's R&D unit, Neiman Labs.
