Following a one-month review, the Philadelphia Industrial Development Corporation (PIDC) has selected LevLane, Phila., as its strategic marketing and communications firm. Budget is undisclosed. The two-year contract encompasses business focused marketing, via social and other digital media, collateral creative and design, and the PIDC’s annual review, which will be the first new LevLane work to break, in April.
Following a competitive request for proposals (RFP), PIDC selected LevLane out of five finalists short listed from 21 RFP respondents. The agency’s selection was based on case studies and testimonials by clients, and on LevLane’s extensive Philadelphia-based portfolio.
“LevLane's responsiveness, creativity and attention to detail set them apart from other firms,” said Susan Lowry, Director of Marketing &Client Relations at PIDC. “The agency’s assistance will be vital to furthering PIDC’s mission to attract jobs and investment to the City of Philadelphia. We are thrilled to have LevLane on board to help us get our message out to businesses and non-profits throughout all neighborhoods of Philadelphia.”
“So much of the good work that PIDC does for this city flies under the radar,” added LevLane account manager Josh Lev. “This agency, however, has experienced it first hand. Seven years ago we chose to relocate into downtown Philly—and grow our business—all thanks, in part, to a low-interest PIDC?loan. We can’t wait to pay it forward.”
