Koncordia Group, a full service agency in Wilmington, Del., has added three new members to its staff: Dan Rahm as Senior Interactive Designer, Tracy Kopco as Digital Strategist, and Paul Gladney as Account Supervisor.
Prior to joining Koncordia, Dan Rahm was an interactive design and development consultant. Tracy Kopco previously worked at Harmelin Media where she was a media director and online strategy consultant. Paul Gladney came to the agency after spending six years in marketing in the financial services sector.
The agency also announces the promotion of three long-term employees.
Michele Renzulli McCormick has been promoted to Director of Client Services. She has been with the agency for more than eight years. Prior to joining the agency, Michele held positions at Young & Rubicam and Grey Direct.
Rowan Sidd has been promoted to Account Director. Rowan has been at Koncordia for the past five years and, prior to joining, had been a brand manager at Citizens Bank.
Blair Caldwell has been promoted to Senior Art Director. Blair has been with the Koncordia Group for more than 10 years.
