Jack Horner Communications debuts new look and new Hornercom name

It's more than just a new year for Jack Horner Communications Inc. On Jan. 1, 2012, the full-service public relations and marketing communications agency officially began operations under the name of Hornercom. For a fresh start with this name change, the company also debuted a new graphic identity and relocated its King of Prussia office to the first-ever Harleysville National Bank building.

Hornercom's new 11,381square-foot home is a 102-year-old Pennsylvania landmark. The Harleysville National Bank building, located at 474 Main St., was built in October 1909 and has been repurposed by the agency to serve as the company headquarters. Hornercom brought its trademark bold colors and energetic ambiance to the historic bank throughout the renovation and restoration project.

Along with a new name and home, Hornercom has unveiled a redesigned signature logo, a refreshed version of the company's original plum-and-thumb trademark, designed by Hornercom's in-house creative team.

"We've promoted brands and preserved reputations for some of the most respected companies in the world over the past two decades, and we are ever grateful for our clients and the opportunities that helped us grow," said Jack Horner, APR, president of Hornercom.

Hornercom has a wide range of public relations and marketing clients, including Byers' Choice, Carnegie Mellon University, Parata Systems, Philadelphia Marketplace, PPG, Rivers Casino, SugarHouse Casino, Tozour Energy Systems and more. The agency offers public relations services, graphic design, advertising and promotional products. In August 2011, the Philadelphia Business Journal ranked Hornercom as a top-10 public relations firm in the Greater Philadelphia area.
