Job Description:
Popular company is looking for talented Interactive Designers in the Philly area!

Duties Include:
- Assist the Art Director in developing brand identity and tone.
- Conceptualize and create full campaigns from brief to implementation
- Conceptualize and execute solutions for print, web, email and multi-media
- Can present solutions to all levels of management ?
- Create clear, clean, “noise-free,” and compelling designs.
- Create finished work, valuing design consistency.
- Discuss and share work with all team members, demonstrate the ability to quickly comprehend visual design requirements, and be able to clearly explain the reasoning behind proposed design solutions.
- Work with the Creative team and management within a very open and collaborative work environment to produce designs that will directly contribute to the brand’s continued growth and success.

Qualifications:
• 5-8 years’ experience in a fast-paced, in-house environment
• Proven expertise in brand and identity development?
• Proven expertise in Adobe CS4 Software Suite (InDesign, Photoshop,
Illustrator, Acrobat and Dreamweaver) and MS Office (including Word and
PowerPoint)
