Herr’s chooses Aardvark Video Works for fourth year

Four Years Running, Herr’s Foods has chosen Aardvark Video Works to create and produce its TV commercial campaign. Until Aardvark Video Works, Herr’s had never worked with the same firm for more than 3 years and the marketing director is already talking about next year’s campaign with Aardvark.

Aardvark was given less than one month to conceptualize, present storyboards, script, cast and shoot a series of three television commercials. The campaign will be ready just in time to air for opening day of the 2012 MLB season.

The creative takes Herr’s tagline, “Live Life With Flavor” to a whole new level in a series of fun and hilarious exaggerations. Herr Foods is a strong, family-oriented business and all creative campaigns to this point have focused on the family aspect. This year, the creative is targeting the competition and boldly expressing another strong Herr Foods attribute, its Flavor. Herr’s took a giant leap out of their comfort zone and out of the box and let Aardvark guide them there.
