Drexel University's Westphal College of Media Arts & Design welcomes legendary anchor Jane Pauley for an event celebrating the 60th anniversary of the "Today" show.
For more than 60 years, Americans have started their days watching the iconic NBC morning show. Joining Pauley in the talk, presented by the Kal & Lucille Rudman Institute for Entertainment Industry Studies, is former “Today” Executive Producer Steve Friedman, and Stephen Battaglio, author of From Yesterday to TODAY , a lively new book that tells the story of the most successful morning show in television.
Executive Director of the Rudman Institute, Karen Curry, will moderate on Monday, January 23rd at 6:30 PM in the Bossone Research Center (3140 Market St). Afterward, we’ll host a reception and signing of Battaglio’s book.
Free and open to the public.
