Variety the Children's Charity is dedicated to promoting and protecting the health and well-being of special needs children around the world through resources for families, education, afterschool activities and camps.
Clear Channel Media and Entertainment Philadelphia was honored with Variety’s International 2012 Corporate Award for increasing awareness of the charity through an integrated public service campaign, consisting of on-air public service announcements (PSAs), social media posts, on-air interviews and on-site appearances at Variety events throughout Philadelphia. The award was announced at the Variety International World Conference in Dublin, Ireland on May 3-6, 2012.
