Cheryl Klear promoted to senior vice president at Harmelin Media

Cheryl Klear has been promoted to senior vice president at Harmelin Media, it was announced by Mary Meder, president of the media agency located in Philadelphia, PA.

Klear joined Harmelin Media 14 years ago, and currently manages the team responsible for America's Best Contacts and Eyeglasses, Eyeglass World and the Philadelphia Media Network. In her new role at Harmelin Media, Klear will manage a team of 30 employees and head a newly-formed broadcast buying group. This group will be responsible for establishing and reviewing all internal buying policies, disseminating best buying practices across the agency, conducting and overseeing all annual media negotiations and handling the agency's largest and most difficult buying assignments.

Prior to joining Harmelin Media, Klear worked for various agencies, including Earle Palmer Brown, Wieden and Kennedy and JW Messner. Klear is a graduate of Temple University with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism/Advertising.
