Brownstein Group’s beer package design for Passion Vines Wine & Spirit Company has earned a place in the 2012 Communication Arts Design Annual, which is curated by top designers in the most prestigious juried competition for creativity in graphic design.
The 64-ounce glass Passion Brews growler, designed by Senior Art Director Kenny Kim, features "PASSION BREWS" and "PB" in stylized wording and lettering in a circular design with irregular exterior, as well as two five-point stars and laurel leaves around the circular design.
The Communication Arts Design Competition judges posters, brochures, packaging, trademarks, corporate identity, integrated branding, annual reports, catalogs, public service, self-promotion, letterheads and signage for inclusion in the Design Annual, a collection of the best design work of the year.
“We are deeply honored to receive global recognition of this caliber,” said Marc Brownstein, President and CEO of Brownstein Group. “To have some of the most respected authorities in the creative industry select our work for inclusion in the Design Annual is a distinction well-deserved of Kenny and our entire Creative Team.”
Brownstein Group’s Passion Brews design also received recognition with a Gold ADDY Award for Single Unit Packaging from the Philadelphia Ad Club earlier this year.
