SuburbanPhilly ad agency looking for a highly creative, motivated, experienced associate creative director. Strong COPY background required, not design.

Responsibilities include significant input into the agency’s creative product, interfacing with agency client, account team, and other creatives at agency.

Duties:
Translating strategic marketing into creative ideas and copy.
Development of advertising and marketing communications tactics, from concept to completion.
Work closely with account team to give creative solutions to marketing problems.
Sell creative on behalf of the agency.
Write, creative and functional copy for client advertising and marketing communications.
