They pride themselves on extremely strong strategy and creative and they are searching for an energetic "A" player to lead and help grow their Philadelphia office.
THE DAY TO DAY
* Responsible for identifying, developing, and delivering high-value digital strategy consulting engagements to our global pharmaceutical clients.
* Develop effective relationships with clients and other groups across the agency.
* Play an active role in new client acquisition and new business pitches.
* Define scope, recommended approach, and participate in execution of major strategic planning projects for clients.
* Design research and analytical approaches that meet engagement objectives
* Integrate metric analysis to support strategy development and implementation; analytics include ROI modeling, success metric modeling, segmentation, cost benefit analysis, gap assessments and business case rationales.
* Help clients define their needs and potential solutions.
* Make significant contributions to and establish relationships with prospective clients, increasing the company’s potential for business.
THE MUST HAVES
* Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in related field/s a plus.
* 7-10 years of strategic experience
* 7-10 years experience in pharmaceutical strategy, marketing, interactive, and business modeling
* Excellent oral, organizational, and written communication skills including strong presentation skills
* Ability to multi-task by managing multiple brand clients within deadlines
