The Philly Ad Club Mentoring program

The Philly Ad Club Mentoring Program exists to connect Philadelphia’s leaders in the communications industries with up-and-coming students and young professionals. The Mentoring Program creates opportunities that enhances careers and grows professional networks.

There have been more than one hundred mentor-mentee parings since the program launch in 2009. Our mentees have received job offers and promotions and have grown more confident in their work environments. This would not be possible without the determination and dedication of our mentors.

How does this program work?
1. Click the appropriate button to register below
2. The Philly Ad Club will respond in a timely manner with your mentor/mentee pairing.
3. Mentors and mentees then work together to schedule monthly meetings to discuss career related topics. Meetings can range from coffee, office visits and shadowing, attendance at Philly Ad Club events, and other professionally related activities.

How long does the program last?
The length of this relationship is up to you. We suggest meeting four to five times over the course of four months to fully obtain the benefits of this program. There is no set end date for the Mentoring Program, as many of our pairs often choose to continue their mentor/mentee relationships due to its mutual career-benefiting nature.

What is the cost to enroll?
